Jerry Grant is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Real Estate Instructor and is no stranger to the real estate profession in South Florida. Originally receiving his Salespersons License in the late 1970’s, Jerry immediately went to work for a major franchise and within a short period of time became one of the top salespeople in the company. A year after receiving his salespersons license, Jerry immediately went back to real estate school and received his Florida Real Estate Brokers License and Real Estate Instructors License.

Within a very short period of time, one of the major Real Estate franchisers heard Jerry speaking at a sales seminar and immediately hired him as one of their instructors/trainers. Within several years, Jerry, along with other investors, purchased one of the largest and most successful real estate schools in south Florida. Over the next twenty years, Jerry, and his well-known staff of real estate instructors, taught and trained many thousands of real estate licensees the required courses necessary to obtain and maintain their real estate licenses.

During the period of time that Jerry managed and taught at the real estate schools, he also managed to open and manage one of the largest specialty real estate brokerage companies in the southeastern United States. The company, which he currently manages and advises, has almost one thousand registered licensees.

Jerry’s extensive real estate knowledge and management skills have led to his being in demand as a corporate trainer and public speaker for several well-known brokerage companies. He has also been hired as an expert witness in several real estate related court cases.
